The last thirty of those years have been devoted to strategic consulting, guiding independent restaurateurs, hotel groups, and emerging concepts through every chapter of the operational lifecycle.
His approach is built on direct, in-restaurant intervention. William is the consultant who works the line on Saturday night, audits the prep list on Tuesday morning, and presents the turnaround plan in the boardroom on Wednesday. He has steered more than two hundred operations through turnarounds, expansions, and ground-up launches.
